You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pvpvip. This is the PAGCOR-mandated minimum age for online gambling in the Philippines. Underage accounts will be permanently closed.
Each player may hold one pvpvip account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All promotional bonuses at pvpvip are subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until requirements are fully met.
pvpvip may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. This applies to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and crypto withdrawals above specified thresholds.
Fraud, collusion, use of software bots, arbitrage betting, and any activity designed to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pvpvip ("pvpvip," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pvpvip.club (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. pvpvip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To be eligible to register and use pvpvip, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
pvpvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings credited to an underage account will be forfeited.
3.1 Registration. To access real-money features of the pvpvip platform, you must create a single registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if they change.
3.2 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) pvpvip account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pvpvip will close all duplicate accounts and void any balances associated with them.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pvpvip login credentials. pvpvip will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain password security. You agree to notify pvpvip immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). pvpvip may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pvpvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Available methods may vary by account verification status. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) or USDT as applicable.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) or the USDT equivalent. pvpvip reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the pvpvip Help Centre. pvpvip reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Processing times may be extended for security review or KYC verification.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pvpvip is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. pvpvip will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
4.5 Withdrawal of Deposit Only. Players who have not placed any real-money bets may withdraw their deposit via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable verification requirements.
5.1 General. pvpvip may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. pvpvip reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
5.3 Abuse. pvpvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer and to close any account where it has reason to believe a bonus is being claimed in bad faith, or where systematic exploitation of promotional terms is detected. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
5.4 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming the same bonus will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pvpvip platform is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Bets. Bet limits are displayed within each game or table. pvpvip reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, pvpvip reserves the right to void any bets affected by the error. pvpvip will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve the situation fairly.
6.4 Winnings. Winnings will be credited to your pvpvip balance upon settlement of each game round. pvpvip reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular play.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pvpvip platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pvpvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. pvpvip's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
pvpvip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical events may affect platform availability.
pvpvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where practicable. Your continued use of the pvpvip platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pvpvip platform shall first be submitted to pvpvip's internal complaints procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority.
pvpvip operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints may also raise concerns with PAGCOR through its official channels.
